About us
At Brockley Community Church, we believe we are part of Jesus' body on earth - the worldwide church - and so we're called to express His love for us and the world through what we say and what we do.
We are committed to Jesus' mission for his church: "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you" (Matthew 28:19-20 NIV) and "Go into all the world and preach the Good News to all creation" (Mark 16:15 NIV).
As part of this call to express Jesus' love, we are involved in projects in our community, such as Foodbank, Street Pastors, CAP Money Courses and XLP.

OUR NETWORKS

We love to work in partnership with other local churches and are part of Brockley Churches Together and Brockley Fraternal.
We are part of Transform Network, a group of local churches who share a similar vision and who oversee a range of local projects which provide support to the most vulnerable and needy in our community.
XLP is a youth work charity working in local schools and estates engaging with young people to encourage and create positive futures.
We are a member church of the Evangelical Alliance, an important umbrella body for like-minded churches across the UK. The EA works to unite Christians locally, nationally and globally in shared mission.
We are part of the New Wine network and benefit from local ministers' core groups, leadership training and an excellent summer conference.
New Wine's vision is to see the nation changed through Christians experiencing the joy of worshipping God, the freedom of following Jesus, and the power of being filled with the Spirit.
iNet is our partner in sending and supporting our cross-cultural workers. iNet believes that world mission is a primary responsibility of local churches. Its vision statement is ‘local churches together in global mission’. Brockley Community Church has members working in India, France and Burundi.
